Russell's Hassel-Free Return Policy

Thanks for shopping with Russell's! Our goal is to make sure you get the right fit the first time, but if an item isn’t quite right, we're here to assist you in exchanging or returning your item.

Our process is EASY and takes less than 5 minutes! Simply locate your order below and complete 4 easy steps.

Exchanges:
FREE when you return an item within 60 days of receipt. You will receive an email with a prepaid return label and shipping instructions.

Returns:
Require a $10 shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund total. If you return your item to a local Russell’s store we will waive the $10 shipping fee.

Other Terms & Conditions:

1. Returned merchandise may not show any sign of wear. Tags and packaging must be intact. Try on boots on a carpeted surface only. Hard surfaces will scuff the sole and heel of the boots.
2. Items must be returned within 60 days of receipt.
3. A return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund. For defective items or returns due to our mistake, this fee will be waived.
4. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging (e.g. boot box) and placed in a shipping box or bag. Please do not apply tape or a shipping label directly on the boot box.
6. If you return your web order to a local Russell’s location, bring your original receipt. We will provide a refund, exchange or store credit and waive the $10 shipping fee.
7. All "Online Only" items can not be returned to one of our store locations. These items are shipped direct from vendor and must be returned to the vendor by mail for processing.
