1. Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn).
2. Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition.
3. A small flat rate shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund per item. For exchanges, defective products, or returns due to internal error, this fee will be waived. Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
4. All refunds will be credited back to your initial form of payment. All store credits requested will be sent in the form of a Gift Card that can be applied to any future purchase. Please be aware that some financial institutions are slower to report the refund on your credit or debit card and this could take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
