This western hat is patriotic and here for-the-party. The top is black cotton felt and the bottom is the American flag with a 3-3/4 inch brim.  This hat works equally well for a man or a woman. Good sun protection too.

The flex sweat band gives a comfortable fit and absorbs sweat. Cotton felt sheds water or snow, but don't swim in it and make sure it's dry before you put it away.
