"Although we like the boot the size was too small for my husband. We thought no problem because they have a 60 day return policy. But what you don't see unless you really read through their policy is that if you wear the shoes off of carpet they won't accept the return. We don't have carpet in our place. My husband tried them on, on an acid washed cement floor in his workout room in the basement because it had full length mirrors to the floor. We were concerned we'd send them back and Russell's wouldn't accept them because there are minor scuffs from that. The reason why we were concerned is because we would have to pay to send them back and then pay a restocking fee and then if Russell's decided those scuffs were too much they would make us pay for the shipping to us for the original purchase. By that time, I would have paid for 2/3 of the boots again and would have nothing because the boots would be on the opposite side of the country from us. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!"
