Too big and then couldn’t return them
"Did my due diligence before purchasing the jeans to determine if the jeans would fit, even asked customer service for feedback, wore them around the house for about an hour before removing the tags. Took the tags off. Then the jeans stretched out sooooo much. I took off the jeans before going out and wore a pair of my own jeans that fit then reached out to customer service to coordinate an exchange for a smaller size and was told that because the tags had been removed and because I wore the jeans for an hour I could no longer return them. Really?!?!! I had already spent $500’sh on other items that I kept but was not permitted to EXCHANGE the jeans that did not fit? There were no reviews about the jeans when I ordered them so no feedback to know about the fit."
