Dangerously Slippery.

"The comfort, fit, and boa system are great but I've never worn a pair of boots with a worse grip than these. Outright dangerous on steel rungs, scaffolding, rebar and in my case motorcycles. Traction on textured cement is ok but ashpalt is like putting your foot down in oil. They are so bad I do not permit them on any jobsites period."

Best work boot ever!

"60 years old and I’ve been wearing Red Wing Boots since I was 16. Wanted to see what these Wolverine BOA boots were all about. Really glad I tried them because they are the most comfortable thing I’ve ever put on my feet for boots. They are as comfortable as a slipper. The BOA system is amazing and quick as well. I will never buy another pair of boots without BOA lacing ever again. I am severely disappointed to hear that wolverine discontinued this model of boot. The Wolverines breaking really quickly, and become so comfortable! No toe pinching, no sore feet at the end of a day at all. The soles seem to last forever, the water proofing seems to work well. They do, however, seem a little warm in the heat of the summer, I’m sure it’s because the tongue is padded and comfortable gives them a little more heat retention, along with the padding behind the ankle. They are very lightweight for safety shoes! I’m not sure what I’m going to do when I wear the two pairs out that I have now. Hopefully by then someone comes out with something that is equivalent to these. Simply awesome boots!"
