The 400 grams of 3M Thinsulate™ Ultra provides maximum warmth and comfort, yet it’s still thin enough to allow complete freedom of movement and is designed for some of the harshest conditions by retaining insulation in damp conditions. The dark chocolate leather exterior features the Chip-A-Tex® waterproof membrane system that's still breathable and has black rubber panels on the toe and heel for added protection. The brass hooks and eyelets are non-tarnishable and the heavy-duty nylon laces can withstand daily wear and tear. It's built for support with a steel shank and its Bontex® insoles are environmentally friendly and treated to resist bacteria, fungi and mold and guarantee a light and flexible fit. This boot also features a composition toe that's 35% lighter than a steel toe cap and it has no heat or cold temperature transference.
