"I ordered ariat boots (10017436). The picture online is deceiving as to color. No where did I read any disclosure regarding oil on leather may darken boot color. That is what customer service told me when I called. There's no guarantee on color. The color I received is the color of kids item #10021452. Fortunately, my grandson likes the boots but it's not the color of online picture."
