Full Job Description

Store Manager Russell’s Western Wear   The ideal candidate will provide leadership, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and drive sales and KPI success. Manager responsibilities will include leading & motivating the team to maximum performance, achieving store goals, and maintaining a positive work environment. The manager must have an effective skillset in communication, coaching & training, problem solving, organization, supervision, computer & Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications: · Must have a minimum of 2 years, retail store manager experience · Boot or footwear sales is a plus · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Organizational skills · Track record of success in achieving sales and KPI goals · Flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and some holidays · Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) · Reliable transportation
