"I purchased these boot with a 10 day max limit needless to say it took 3 weeks from time of purchase. Something to do with direct from factory. If that’s the case I should have just bought straight from Justin or Walmart for that case. When I messaged they didn’t seem too concerned and said they would follow up but didn’t. I had to track these down at a Walgreens. So yeah not happy with the service at all."
