Return Policy

1. Merchandise may not show ANY evidence of wear. To avoid evidence of wear, please walk around on carpeted areas only. Avoid tile and other hard flooring.
2. Products must be returned within 60 days of date received.
3. *All claims for orders with an incorrect or missing item MUST be made within 7 days of the delivery date.* Any requests exceeding the 7 day window will be rejected. For more information on this, refer to our FAQs.
3. A small return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund. For defective products, or returns due to internal error, this fee will be waived. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges can be made on the same product only and will not be charged a return fee. We allow for 1 exchange per order. If an additional exchange is needed, a $10 fee will be charged to cover shipping and handling.
5. Merchandise must be returned in with original tags and in its original packaging. Boot boxes that are returned with tape will result in a restocking fee.
6. All refunds will be credited back to your initial form of payment. All store credits requested will be sent in the form of a Gift Card that can be applied to any future purchase. Please be aware that some financial institutions are slower to report the refund on your credit or debit card and this could take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
