"The boots are good and a good price. However, I had to write to get an email/receipt. Then my order did not arrive on by the date it was said to have arrived. I called and the customer service was nice and helpful. However, I finally received my order about 2 weeks late."

Scratched and tops were wrinkle.

"Russell’s.com was a nice company to work with concerning sales. It did take longer than I expected to receive the boots I ordered. They were for my son’s Christmas present. He didn’t mind so much. The company kept me informed that the boots would be made in Fort Worth, Texas and when they would arrive. When the boots arrived they were scratched and the tops were wrinkle, not firm. He needed them at the time so he wore them. I really think something new should not be scratched and the tops at least be firm standing. He agreed to put product on them to help them look better. OK you asked so I told you. If the boots had been for me or if he had not needed them soon I would most likely have sent them back. Thanks for being a nice company to do business with for the first time."
